1. Definitions

2.1 These Terms apply to all purchases from us. 2.2 Ensure that you review these Terms before placing an Order. 2.3 These Terms and the Order constitute the entire agreement. 2.4 Orders are subject to acceptance.

3.1 Orders cannot be modified once placed. 3.2 You may cancel an Order before fulfillment. 3.3 Terms are subject to updates.

4. Delivery of Products

4.1 Orders process within 24-36 hours during store hours. 4.2 Delivery timelines vary. 4.3 Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. 4.4 If a package is returned due to incorrect details, the customer covers return shipping costs.

5. Price and Payment

5.1 Prices are subject to change but will not affect confirmed Orders. 5.2 Prices exclude applicable taxes. 5.3 Accepted payment methods: Amex, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, ShopPay, GooglePay, Apple Pay.

6. Liability

6.1 We are only responsible for foreseeable damages up to the value of your Order.

7. Events Outside Our Control

7.1 We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control.

8. Promotions

8.1 Promotional terms apply separately. 8.2 Only one promo code per order.

9. Cancellation Rights

9.1 Orders may be canceled before fulfillment. 9.2 Customers bear return shipping costs for cancellations after fulfillment.

10.1 We may cancel Orders due to unavailable stock or external factors and will offer a refund or alternative product.

11.1 Refunds processed per cancellation policies. 11.2 Partial refunds apply under specific terms.

12. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items

12.1 Due to health regulations, some items are non-returnable (e.g., hairbrushes, razors, opened products).
