1. Order Processing
1.1 Orders will be processed within 24-36 hours during our regular store hours. Orders placed outside store hours will be processed the following business day. 1.2 Processing times may vary depending on product availability.
2. Shipping and Delivery
2.1 Delivery times and shipping costs vary based on the selected shipping method and destination. 2.2 Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of this address. 2.3 Some orders may require a signature upon delivery.
3. Shipping Issues
3.1 If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or relocation, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. 3.2 If an order has not been received within 10 days of confirmation, customers should contact us for support. 3.3 If a delivery discrepancy or damage occurs, customers must notify us within 14 days of receipt.
4. Partial Shipments
4.1 If we are unable to fulfill an entire order at once, we may deliver in installments at no additional cost. If the customer requests separate shipments, additional shipping fees may apply.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Customers may cancel an order before fulfillment without charge. 5.2 If an order is canceled after shipping, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 5.3 Refund processing times vary based on the payment method used.
