HC&C x Pasteur "5th Anniversary" Special Edition

I love buying from this store. They have the best selection and competitive prices. And they have fast shipping too.

I was surprised by how much surface area there is with this sample. It’s quite a thirsty soap. This has a pleasant, if not neutral scent. Well worth the price.

Performed significantly worse than what’s shown in the YouTube video and also much worse than another HC&C soap I own. It's fair to say it didn't lather. Also, the scent is nothing like the description. It smells unpleasant.

The soap didnt lather, but the secent is strong. I'll use it to break in/take the stank out of natural hair knots.

I typically never leave negative feedback. But since I have been emailed twice, here it goes. I don’t care if you post it or not. I hope it helps improve your business.

About me: I have been wet shaving for 17-years and I currently own and use 72 different soaps / creams from around the world (USA, England, Canada, Poland, Ukraine, Germany, Bulgaria, Turkey, Spain, France, Italy, etc.) I own a dozen razors, a dozen brushes, and well over a thousand blades from a list of different countries.

This was part of my first order with Pasteur in which I bought 5-soaps from multiple manufacturers to give them a try. I specifically bought two that were a team up with Pasteur thinking they would be “signature” worthy. Life is too short to put any of the 5-soaps into my rotation and 2 of them are going directly into the trash bin.

Pasteur/HC&C “5TH Anniversary”- I rate a 1 out of 5. The fragrance is nothing like the notes described. DO NOT BLIND BUY. I assume that Pasteur has yet to sell one in the store. I can’t tell you how it performs because as I lathered the nasty smell up, I couldn’t stand it. My wife walked into the bathroom and told me to “spray the air”. This one is going to the garbage. I may need to plug my nose and send the wife away to actually try the performance of HC&C before I waste money on another of their products.
