Wheat Germ Glycerides are an emollient and smoothing. Jojoba & Avocado Oils are rich oils that lubricate and smooth dry, chapped lips. Vitamin C provides antioxidant protection. Allantoin provides soothing and anti-irritant properties.
HOW TO USE
Apply over entire lip. May be used alone or under lip gloss for added shine.
