Pre-measured to make it easy to use, our fast-acting hair bleach delivers all-over bleaching, highlights, tip lightening, ombré, or split lightening results in just 30 minutes. The kit includes enough product for one application as well as a shampoo and conditioner duo designed to restore the hair’s natural pH after lightening. Great to use before applying Splat hair dye colors.
