May Contain: Titanium Dioxide(CI 77891), Tin oxide(CI 77861), Synthetic Iron Oxide (CI 77491), Ferric Ammonium Ferrocyanide (CI 77510) Black Primer Pigment: (Net Wt.: 4.5ml) Mineral Oil, Mica, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Hydrogenated Styrene/Isoprene Copolymer, Silica Dimethyl Silylate, Microcrystalline Wax, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin

How-To:

1. Add pigment primer all over lid.​

2. Using a brush, apply the multi-chrome shade over the pigment primer and layer on as desired.
