Mason Pearson B1M Hairbrush
The B1M hairbrush without shaft from Mason Pearson has got stiff boar bristle hair, which makes it most suitable to use in normal to thick hair. The brush is extra-large, and therefore it is easy to use for brushing even the longest, most voluminous hair. Some feel that it is easier to brush the hair using a brush without a shaft. Therefore, Mason Pearson has created BM1. B stands for boar, while 1 describes the large size. M stands for military, which is the name of Mason Pearson’s shaftless brushes.
More glow and volume
When you brush your hair with a Mason Pearson brush, you naturally add more glow and volume to your hair. How? The stiff hair of the brush helps to stimulate and massage the scalp, and the natural oils of the scalp are spread along the lengths of the hair. When your hair is given the optimum amount of oils, it becomes glossier and more voluminous – all naturally. Mason Pearson recommends that you brush through your hair 100 times each day.
A brush for your brush
The stiff bristle hair needs to be cleaned once in a while because of excess oils and dirt that get stuck over time. For the cleaning, you receive a small, black brush, which you can slide through the hairs of the larger brush. When your brush is clean, it does its job better.
Mason Pearson
The English brush maker, which has now become well-known all over the world, was established in 1885 by Mason Pearson himself. Mason Pearson quickly became famous because of his revolutionary hairbrushes, and the brushes were everywhere in the women’s magazines of the day. Ever since, several generations of Pearson’s have helped to carry on the company. Each year, the brushes improve, but the originality and quality remain as in 1885.
