Awaken your Night's Eye and activate dreamtime with this 100% Hawai'i grown formulation. Sourced fresh from the herbalist's Mānoa garden, Mugwort has an ancient reputation for bringing clarity & lucidity to our dreams, and also for inciting dreams of premonition.
In addition to its dream-stimulating properties, this balm has been known to encourage a more restful & deeper slumber. At the center of each balm is a drop of Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood, to open the third eye, and Big Island Vetiver green essential oil, to keep you grounded while you explore the dream world.
Ritual
Apply a dab under the nose before bed (the key is to smell it while you sleep). You can also apply it to your third eye, temples, and throat as desired. With regular use, this balm may help increase dream recall & vividness, and can serve as a tool for experienced dreamers to achieve lucidity over time.
Keep in mind that Mugwort is known to have an accumulating effect ~ the longer you use it, the stronger the results.
Encourage dream exploration by creating a relaxing nighttime routine. Avoid screens and engage in activities that ease the mind & body for at least an hour or two before bed, such as meditation or light reading. Upon waking, take a few minutes to reflect on your dreamtime before getting up and write down any details you remember in a dream journal.
Due to the inclusion of Mugwort, Lucid Dream Balm is not recommended while pregnant or breastfeeding.
