GlitterGlam™ Liquid Skin Sparkle is a water-based, alcohol-free glitter paint formula, which is safe to use on all skin areas. Each shade has been formulated for maximum impact and shelf life. It's safe enough to use above and around the eyes and on the lips. It will not flake off when used over lipstick, so use GlitterGlam™ to take your lip makeup from pretty to POW! This water-based product was designed to meet the exacting durability standards of professional dancers. Brush it on and it sets almost immediately and will not drip. It takes a few minutes to completely dry, but once dry, it isn't going anywhere! You can even rub on it without any glitter coming off. Have you ever seen glitter do THAT before? To use: Brush over eyes, lips, or anywhere you need some sparkle. Sets almost immediately. Allow a few minutes for complete drying and touchability.
Tips: To speed drying time, brush on in light layers. Add a second thin layer if needed. Make custom colors by mixing any of Graftobian's loose cosmetic grade powdered glitter with the clear #87700 GlitterGlam™.
