5 drops provides the equivalent of 4000 IU of D3 and 90 mcg of K2.
Each bottle contains approx 600 drops and is about a 4 month supply for one person.
It is advised to not take daily vitamin D supplements containing more than 4,000 IU unless monitored under the supervision of your doctor.
