I have not used this cream before. It was recommended to be by a friend. Excellent cream. Lathers quickly and stays on the brush thick, throughout the shave. This will last a long time, a little goes a long way with this. Great sandalwood scent. Great price and prompt shipping from Pasteur.

This is a great shaving cream. Once applied, is slick and thick and provides excellent protection from the blade. The scent is also great; it's not too pungent, but just perfect and very "real", not artificial, like other scented shaving creams I've used. The consistency is tricky though; it's not as creamy as TOBS for example, but not hard either. It takes a couple of tries to get to saturate the brush consistently before taking it to the bowl (or face, if you don't use a bowl or mug). All in all, a great product... and not tested on animals, if you like to check for that aspect too.
