Full doses. No proprietary blends. No 45-minute crash.
Clutch is the pre-workout we built because we couldn't find one that survived a real training week. Most pre-workouts are engineered for the first 10 minutes — a big stimulant hit, a heavy tingle, and nothing left for the back half of a metcon or the last mile of a long run. Clutch is dosed for the whole session, and dosed so you can take it five days a week without building a tolerance you have to keep chasing.
Every dose below is per full serving. No blends, no hiding behind "proprietary."
Clutch is $45 for a 370g tub — 40 scoops, or 20 full two-scoop servings. That's $2.25 per full serving.
We're not going to pretend that's the cheapest tub on the shelf. It's the honest math: the $30 tub advertising "30 servings" is usually giving you 3g of citrulline and 150mg of caffeine per serving. To match one serving of Clutch you'd need to double-scoop it, and you're back to the same cost with worse ingredients.
Plenty of athletes run a single scoop — 100mg caffeine, 4g citrulline — for morning sessions or lighter days, which stretches the tub to 40 uses. Start there and find your dose.
Mix 1–2 scoops with 8–12 oz of water and drink it 15–30 minutes before you train.
New to Clutch? Start with one scoop and see how you respond before going to a full serving. If you train in the evening, one scoop is usually the smarter call.

We're a small, athlete-run brand. We don't have a celebrity roster or a nine-figure ad budget — what we have is formulas we take ourselves, doses we'll defend line by line, and the ability to tell you exactly why every gram is in the tub. If you ever want to know the reasoning behind an ingredient, email us and you'll get a real answer from a real person.
