Slight smell and it sheds but otherwise lathers very well

This is one fine looking shaving brush. I have it in both this espresso-y black finished wood, and also the light finish with the brass-colored ring. Immense backbone to these boar knots. And, of course, lots of 'scritch' before they're broken in. Nice size & balance.
