Colace 2-IN-1 Tablets (also referred to by the classic name Peri-Colace) offer a dual-action formula for effective, comfortable relief of occasional constipation. Trusted by doctors and patients for nearly 50 years, this medication provides reliable results when you need them.

Dual-Action, Overnight Relief

  • 2-IN-1 Formula: Contains two ingredients in one easy-to-swallow tablet: a stool softener and a stimulant laxative.

  • Dual Action: This combination both softens the stool and helps stimulate a bowel movement.
  • Overnight Relief: Designed for comfortable, overnight relief from occasional constipation (irregularity)
  • Reliable Timing: Generally produces a bowel movement in 6 to 12 hours

Ingredients

Active Ingredients (in each tablet):
Docusate Sodium 50 mg, Sennosides 8.6 mg.

Inactive Ingredients:
Dicalcium Phosphate, FD&C Red #40 Aluminum Lake, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Polyethylene Glycol, Polyvinyl Alcohol, Silicon Dioxide, Sodium Benzoate, Talc, Titanium Dioxide.
