Ogallala shaving soaps contain shea butter for great softness on the face. They have a large 3-inch diameter. If you have a cup that is a bit smaller you can either cut a bit around the edges and throw the chips into the cup with your soap to fit or melt for about 30 seconds in a microwave safe bowl and pour into your cup . (of course, then you will need to let it cool down before first use).

Ogallala shaving soaps do not contain artificial colors.

Rich Lather: Formulated to produce a thick, creamy lather even in hard water, ensuring a smooth and comfortable shave.

Moisturizing: Contains shea butter to leave your skin feeling soft and nourished after shaving.

Natural Ingredients: Free from artificial colors, ensuring a gentle and healthy shaving experience.

Pleasant Fragrance: Features a classic bay rum scent with a hint of sweet orange for a refreshing aroma.

Coconut oil, palm, oil, castor oil, safflower oil, glycerin, purified water, sodium hydroxide, sorbitol, shea butter, sorbitan oleate, soybean protein, titanium dioxide, bentonite clay, fragrance (proprietary blend including essential oils)

Prepare Soap: Using a natural shaving brush, swirl the soap in a bowl of water to create a rich lather.

Apply: Apply the lather to your face, ensuring it covers the areas you wish to shave.

Shave: Use a clean razor to shave your beard, following the grain of your hair.

Rinse: Rinse your face thoroughly with warm water to remove any remaining lather.

Aftershave: For optimal results, follow up with Ogallala Bay Rum & Sandalwood Aftershave.

This is a good soap with a fabulous scent. The lather it creates is slick, but is not thick. I would say that its performance is acceptable and its scent is excellent.
