It features a moisturizing ingredient, usually used in skin lotion, that has high affinity with oily ingredients of makeup. Thanks to its moisturizing and cleansing ingredients, which quickly "float" and envelop oil-based makeup, you can easily remove eye makeup without rubbing, keeping the eye area fresh and moisturized. The product contains non-irritant formula and it's fragrance-free, colorant-free, preservative-free, and paraben-free.

How To Use:
- Shake well before using
- Checking that the water-based and emollient layers are well mixed, apply generously onto a cotton pad
- Place moistened cotton on an eyelid or lips for about 10 seconds
- Wipe gently, without rubbing. The product blends well with eye makeup; there is no need for rubbing hard
