The Henson AL13 puts an end to shaving irritation and cuts, while also making your skin feel comfortable and smooth. We created this to give you a whole new shaving experience unlike any other. Your skin will feel amazing after using this razor. 

Smooth, irritation-free shave: The design minimizes blade chatter, reducing the risk of nicks, cuts, and razor burn.

Suitable for sensitive skin: The mild blade gap and closed comb design make it ideal for those with easily irritated skin.

Long-lasting comfort: The high-quality materials ensure a comfortable shaving experience.

Prep: Soften your beard with warm water and shaving cream or soap.

Load the Blade: Open the razor head by twisting the handle (check the manufacturer's instructions for specific details). Place a single RK blade on the base plate and align the tabs with the head. Close the head securely.

Shaving Angle: Hold the razor at a 30-degree angle to your skin.

Short Strokes: Use short, gentle strokes with minimal pressure, letting the razor's weight do the work. Shave with the grain on the first pass, then against the grain on subsequent passes (if desired).

Rinse & Repeat: Rinse the razor after each stroke and continue shaving until desired smoothness is achieved.

Rinse & Dry: Rinse the razor thoroughly with warm water and pat it dry with a towel. Store the razor in a dry place.

Blade Replacement: Replace the blade after 3-5 shaves (depending on your beard and shaving habits).

Excellent!

The Henson Al13+++ is listed as aggressive. But I think efficient is a better description. Paired with a nice sharp blade (Feather, Gillette Perma Sharp or Nacet, Bic Chrome Platinum, Kai, Accuthrive Prep, etc, this is nearly a flawless razor. I can go against the grain to get that BBS shave no problem. Because of the compact head you can reach those trouble spots with ease. Highly recommend.
