Waterproof Eyeshadow Primer Oil

Our waterproof Primer Oil nourishes and moisturizes while enhancing the shimmer shadows you put on top of it. Take your shadows to their fullest potential, see more pigmentation, color shifts, and light reflecting shimmer than ever before! You can even mix the primer oil with your favorite powder eyeshadows and pigments to transform them into a cream shadow that glides on and lasts all day long.

How to Use

Dispense a small drop of primer oil on fingertips and pat over bare eyelids. Allow product to be absorbed before applying eyeshadow. 

To use as a mixing medium, dispense a powder eyeshadow or pigment onto a clean surface. Add a small drop of primer oil to the powder. Combine the products using a brush or a spatula. Apply the mixture like a cream eyeshadow.

*Recommended to use on shimmer shadows.
