The blades give an amazing shave, so much so that you even question if a blade is in the razor and I use a Merkur Futur on setting 4. I have been a de shaver since 96 and these are awesome.

A fan of Astra Superior Platinum blades, but they are made in Russia, so at some point the US supply could run out. Tried several brands as potential replacements in my Henson razor, including the Treet. As smooth or smoother then the Astra, if the box is consistent, an occasional problem with the Astra, I found my replacement.
