This natural fougere is a powerful blend of oakmoss, lavender, coumarin, vetiver, sage, cedar, lichen, and geranium.

A first original scent in quite some time, Varen was a project 2 years in the making. It was originally made for a Dutch wetshaving forum, so we gave it the name Varen, the Dutch word for "fern".

Great scent. Easy to lather. Super glide & residual slickness. Great post-shave face feel! This mutton tallow base is tough to beat.

Performs well, however, the scent hasn't quite "grown" on me yet. Also, getting used to the Lathering of this soap.

One of the best soaps I’ve tried.
