You have to have a nose for this scent (i.e. Catie’s Bubbles “322”) off the tub OR for that matter even Barrister and Mann’s “Nocturne.” To me, at first whiff, these two identical awkward scents off the tub reminded me of a smell encountered near a “cadaver” lab. Shouldn’t really surprise anybody reading this review or knowing the details about this “322” soap. What should surprise folks is it’s unsuspecting twin. Along with several other items I received a surprise from Pasteur’s when ordering this Catie’s Bubbles 322 soap of an out of production tub of Barrister and Mann’s “Nocturne.” Surprisingly and shockingly enough, both tubs smelled identical. “322” and “Nocturne” two peas in a pod? Not exactly; but, “death” at first whiff is unmistakable.
