Medium fits: 8" - 8-3/4" ankle, 12"-15" calf, 29"-33" thigh length. Directions: A healthcare professional should be consulted to evaluate, diagnose and recommend appropriate compression therapy. Care: Wash gently with mild soap or detergent in lukewarm or cold water. Do not wring or twist. Rinse until water is clear. Roll in towel to remove excess moisture. Dry away from heat and sunlight.
