Alka-Seltzer Heartburn Relief, Lemon Lime Effervescent Tablets, 36 Count is an antacid medication in lemon-lime flavored effervescent tablets formulated to provide relief from heartburn, acid indigestion, sour stomach, and upset stomach associated with these symptoms.
