The fragrance Dolomiti rise by a top note of light citrus lemon, with a hint of sage. The core is floral and definitely lavender, with a hint of cloves and black pepper. The new “Grey” Dolomiti Shaving Soap is now available. We have received a less darker silt than the previous version. The scent is stronger, as in the previous one (the black version).
150g Shaving Soap, worked in plodder, extruded and cut by hand. The logo on the soap is “hammered” as it was in use at the beginning of the last century, before the coming of printing press.
The packaging is composed by a box of rigid cardboard covered with natural paper striped, personalized with stickers front / rear.
A special wood bowl allow to use it as a “cartridge”.
Although the PET can be used as a proper bowl, is NOT designed for that purpose.
An inner tissue paper wraps and enhances a unique soap, born from years of experience in the art of saponification, in the service of the most demanding users of the forum Ilrasoio.com, whose contribution has made possible the realization of a shaving soap with unique characteristics.
We can proudly call the product 100% Made in Italy. In addition to the soap base (saponificated and produced by us), the label, PET, and tissue paper only come from Italian suppliers.

It was decided to bring back “Beta 4.0”, next to the name of the fragrance as a tribute to the time and commitment to achieve this final result.

A formula so rich in natural active ingredients, whose properties, softening, emollient, moisturizing, regenerating the skin barrier, firming, lubricants, soothing, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, toning; will give you an experience of shaving, singular.
The name of this version of the Dolomites, directly refers to an active substance added to the already proven formulation Beta 4.0
This is what is commonly called “Silt of the Dolomites.”
This Silt, is enriched with vitamin A – E and B-carotene which play a kind of antioxidant.
In addition, the Silt, performs the function of anti-inflammatory and healing of skin abrasions, as well as invigorating, increasing the tension of the skin and thus allowing a closer shave.

Sodium Cocoate: sodium salt from coconut oil
Potassium Stearate: potassic salt of stearic acid
Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate: sodium salt of fatty acids of coconut (mild detergent, gives softness to the skin)
Sodium Rapeseedate: sodium salt from rapeseed
Sodium Sunflower Seedate: sodium salt from sunflower oil
Aqua / Water / Eau: Water / moisture MAX 8.5%
Butyrospermum Parkii Butter: 5% shea butter (emollient, moisturizing and regenerating the skin barrier)
Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil: 5% sweet almond oil (moisturizing, elasticity)
Glycerin: 3% Glycerin (lubricant, moisturizer, emollient)
Parfum / Fragrance: perfume
Silt: Dolomites silt, taken in the basin of the Brenta (anti-inflammatory and healing properties of friction and skin, as well as toning, increasing skin tension and thus allowing a closer shave)
Oryza Sativa Starch: starch (softening, soothing)
Sucrose Cocoate: saccarosi mixture of esters and fatty acid esters from coconut oil (gives the skin a soft and smooth)
Xanthan Gum: Xanthan gum (thickener, lubricant)
Carapa Guianensis (Andiroba) Nut Oil: Andiroba oil (anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, hydrating, soothing)
Stearic Acid: Stearic Acid (gives the skin a creamy touch)
Sodium Chloride: salt (used during saponification)
Tocopheryl Acetate: Vitamin E (antioxidant, leaving skin smooth soft)
Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil: Grapeseed Oil (protects the skin from aging, firming, stimulating microcirculation capillary)
Citric Acid: Citric Acid (chelating)
Usage advice
- cover the soap surface with a thin veil of hot water for few minutes. The quantity of water needed may vary depending on your water hardness and the rate of humidity of the soap, a correct quantity is when the whole soap surface is covered by water,
- soak a badger shaving brush (being it the best perfomer when it comes to water absorbing),
- rinse it well and then pour the thin veil of water that bloomed the soap on the knot, and then start loading (20-30 seconds),
- face/bowl lather without adding water.
