Ingredients: Lemon Verbena, Rhodiola root, Calendula flower, Astragalus, Dried Peaches, Dried Apricots, Dried Mango, Eleuthero root, Lemon peel.
Suggested Use: Bring 2 heaping tbsp of herbs per quart of water just to a boil, cover turn off heat and let steep for 4+ hours. It can be covered and left to steep and decoct overnight for even better results. Strain and squeeze and warm and sweeten if desired. Drink warm or chill. Refrigerate for up to a week*.
