  1. Prep your nails by cleaning them and pushing back your cuticles.
  2. Apply a thin base coat and cure it under a LED light for 30 seconds.
  3. Apply two thin coats of OPI Gel Color - Washington D.C Fall 2016 - We The Female GC W64 and cure each coat for 30 seconds.
  4. Apply a top coat and cure it for 30 seconds.
