Il Fenomeno Dell'Arte Royal Patchouli Shaving Soap

Il Fenomeno Dell'Arte Royal Patchouli Shaving Soap 100G

Patchouli first entered the fashion of perfumery two centuries ago in France - the cradle of fashion and is the hallmark of that time. Their smell was associated with luxury, because the leaves of this fragrant plant protected from moths valuable goods brought from the East, silk and cashmere.

Today patchouli is an integral and mandatory element of the whole perfume genre —
chypres. One of the features of patchouli is that it only gets better with time. The newly obtained oil may be too green, tart and non-melodic compared to a well-aged one, which has a rich and full-bodied aroma, in which you can notice fruit nuances.

Fragrance is a gift of nature. Just as the taste of wine, tea or coffee is determined by the quality of grapes, coffee beans or tea leaves, the smell of essential oil depends on the merits of the raw material. We only use Mature aged patchouli oil, which is produced in Java.

This complex fragrance begins with a whisper of bergamot mixed with the freshness of
lemon and a bittersweet floral note of geranium. They are replaced by a strong core of patchouli with traces of juniper. Warm woody base notes of sandalwood, smoky vetiver and even more patchouli complete this earthy fragrance.

Medieval iconography uses the image of the Salamander as a symbol of the righteousness — the guardian of faith among the vicissitudes of the mortal world.
By placing a Salamander on its coat of arms, its owner, in fact, declared that it is inherent in fortitude, endurance and it is not afraid of danger at all.

Calm and dignity is the motto of Royal Patchouli ©. The Palace style in the spirit of the
castle of Blois is a perfect backdrop for expressing her character. No pomp — only style, sustained by time.

It does not contain carcinogens, toxins, or other potentially harmful chemicals commonly found in fragrances. Pure natural fragrance filled with essential oils.

The "Artifact" formula is a triple - milled shaving soap that foams easily, a thick, rich foam gives a high glide, does not settle for a long time, and a gentle consistency like a cream, all this ensures a perfect shave with maximum comfort.

Royal Patchouli indeed. The scent is very reminiscent of Barrister & Mann Seville, but different and wonderful in its own right. I have added this soap scent to my new favorites in my rotation. Definitely worth checking out, for all those who love bergamot and patchouli.

Royal indeed. This scent is in line with Barrister and Mann's Seville scent-with a little less lemon/bergamot and a heavier heart of patchouli. It has definitely become one of my favorite barbershop scents.
