Instructions For Use:
- To use the Icy Wrap for cold compression therapy, first, place the removable gel liner ice pack in the freezer for approximately 60-90 minutes until it is frozen.
- Next, with the Icy Wrap logo facing away from the body, carefully apply the wrap to the desired area. It is recommended to have a thin layer of clothing between the skin and the frozen wrap for optimal comfort.
- Using the air valve and squeeze bulb on the air pump, add compression to the desired level.
- When the wrap begins to warm up, it should be returned to the freezer for at least 30 minutes before re-application.
- For optimal results, it is recommended to use the Icy Wrap for 30-60 minutes, 4-6 times per day, when in need of a cold compression regimen.
