Darkfall is a spicy oriental designed to capture the spirit of fall in the rural south. Agarwood, amber, and benzoin provide a deep, warm base for the cinnamon and clove top notes. Birch tar adds a slight smokiness that represents the ever-present smell of burning leaves that heralds the arrival of fall in Georgia.


BASE: Milksteak is my tongue-in-cheek name for the culmination of all of my soap crafting experience to date. While the name may be whimsical, it was an incredibly difficult decision to deprecate Bison and Icarus – one I would not make without full confidence that I was releasing not only the best soap base I have ever developed, but one of the finest soap bases ever created.

Warm and Evocative Fall Scent: This soap captures the essence of fall with a spicy oriental fragrance featuring notes of agarwood, amber, benzoin, cinnamon, clove, and a touch of smoky birch tar.

Luxurious Lather (possible): Declaration Grooming soaps are known for their ability to create a thick, creamy lather for a comfortable shave.

 Stearic Acid, Water, Castor Oil, Potassium

  1. Wet your shaving brush with warm water.
  2. Swirl the brush in the soap to create a lather.
  3. Apply the lather to your face in a circular motion to lift and soften beard hairs.
  4. Shave with a sharp razor.
  5. Rinse your face with cool water and pat dry.
  6. Let your soap dry naturally before closing the lid.
