Alywillow Swish-Swash Oral Wash

SWISH-SWASH ORAL WASH is oral hygiene reinvented to give you everything you need for healthy gums and teeth - and nothing you don't. How to Use:

1. At least 1x a day: Spray 2 squirts of Swish-Swash Oral Wash into both sides of your mouth and swish it around. Then, gently brush your teeth with the enclosed SOFT bamboo toothbrush. Do this for 2 minutes. It contains all food-grade ingredients, so it isn't harmful to swallow it, but we think it's best to spit it out. 
2. At least 1x a day: Allow one Himalayan Mineral Salt Pellet to melt in your mouth. Then, use your soft bamboo toothbrush to massage your gums and clean your teeth for 2 minutes. This mineral pellet helps remineralize your teeth and is good for your internal organs and for the health of your bones. It's perfectly fine to swallow it when finished.

Other Help Oral Care Tips

Many things can be done in your home to improve the health of your teeth, however, if your pain or infection continues, you may need to seek the help of a doctor.

1. PAIN & INFLAMMATION: Apply Minty Relief products to the outside of the mouth and throat, reapplying every 5-10 minutes until pain relief is achieved.
2. INFECTIONS: Apply a few drops of Fortify to the outside of the mouth and reapply 2-3 times a day until the pain is reduced. Infections and pain can be a symptom of serious issues, so make sure to consult with a dentist or doctor.
   
3. STRONGER TEETH: Use the enclosed Himalayan Mineral Salt Pellets to remineralize your teeth AND help reduce bacterial issues or infections. It's so easy. Just put a Himalayan salt pellet into you mouth and let it melt. If you have any trouble areas in your mouth (sore tooth/red gums) keep the pellet in that area more. Once the pellet melts, swish the salt solution around your mouth. When finished, it's okay to let this wash down your throat as these mineral salts are good for your organs and  and help your cells increase their ability to absorb water (which is especially helpful for those that feel water "goes right through them").

Cold pressed ORGANIC oils of hemp seed and sunflower, water, Himalayan mineral salt, vegetable glycerin, and Alywillow's Warrior formula (essential oils).
