Tallow base (Mutton) – shaving soap

Made using the HAGS Tallow base Mutton tallow is a form of rendered fat from a sheep. This source of tallow is not as common as Beef Tallow. Mutton Tallow is reach in Vitamin E and intense moisturizer that assists in retaining the skins natural moisture. It replenishes the building blocks of our skin that decrease with age.

Rich, Luxurious Lather: The mutton tallow base creates a thick and creamy lather for a smooth and comfortable shave.

Hydrating and Moisturizing: Rich in Vitamin E, mutton tallow helps retain your skin's natural moisture, leaving it feeling soft and supple after shaving.

Long-lasting Fragrance: Inspired by Interlude Man by Amouage, this soap offers a complex and sophisticated scent profile with woody, spicy, and slightly smoky notes.

Ingredients: Stearic Acid, Mutton Tallow, Water, Duck Fat, Castor Oil, Fragrance, Goats Milk, Kokum Butter, Potassium Hydroxide, Shea Butter, Lanolin, Evening Primrose Oil, Jojoba Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Kaolin Clay, Tocopheral Acetate, Tussah Silk

Prepare your face: Wash your face with warm water to soften your beard hair and remove dirt. Pat your face dry with a towel, leaving it slightly damp.

Lather the soap: You can use a shaving brush (recommended for a richer lather) or your hands. Wet the brush or your hands with warm water and swirl them on the soap to create a thick, creamy lather.

Apply the lather: Use your brush or fingertips to apply the lather in a circular motion, ensuring you cover your entire shaving area.

Shave:

Rinse and cool down: Rinse your face with cool water to remove shaving cream and close your pores. Pat your face dry with a clean towel.

Have not lathered this yet, but have never had an issue with HAGS lather. If you like leathery oud with a bit of smokey incense, and I do, you will be happy.
