A ridiculous time dealing with customer service over this brush which was never sent, first the box says super badger chubby 2
When I ordered a best badger chubby 2 , but oh no inside the box is a simpson T3 .
So what ever person decided to firstly not check the order and second check the item was correct I'm beyond belief.
Customer service is lacking after a initial email no correspondence.
Left with nothing but a T3 and very much out of pocket , not to mention a Christmas gift that is no longer.
This is my favorite chubby
Very dense, a little scrubby but overall an excellent brush
