Application:

Apply a thin layer of OPI GelColor Base Coat and cure under a LED lamp for 30 seconds.
Apply two thin coats of OPI GelColor By Popular Vote and cure for 30 seconds each.
Apply OPI GelColor Top Coat and cure for 30 seconds.

Removal:

To remove OPI GelColor, soak your nails in acetone for 10-15 minutes, then gently push back the polish with a cuticle pusher.

Tips:

For best results, use OPI GelColor Base Coat and Top Coat.
Apply thin coats of polish to prevent clumping.
Cure each coat completely before applying the next.
