Bubble-trouble! Our two-tone water activated liners each come included with their bes-tea refillable water brush. Let your creativi-tea brew up the perfect ombre liner look or mix the shades for a custom flavor. Available in four different tea blends.
How To:
1. Fill the water brush with water and secure tightly.
2. Controlling the water flow by carefully squeezing the barrel, drip water into the pigment to saturate.
3. Slowly mix and once a creamy consistency is achieved, being to apply as desired.
4. Allow to dry before re-applying.
5. Use the light and dark shades on their own or mix them up for a custom combination!
