To use: Apply with a small brush for best results. Set lightly with powder or apply Luster™ Powder over the cremes to intensify the shine and color brilliance.
Tip: Use Luster™ Cremes as a base under pressed powder eyeshadow. This allows you to add beautiful color depth and control the amount of shimmer. Use Ultrasilk™ matte eyeshadows for to keep the shimmer low-key. To add extra shine, use Graftobian's Mineral Eyeshadows or FantasEyes™ line.
