Goldenseal Details:

• Goldenseal; Hydrastis canadensis: Alywillow teas are organic and kosher.
• One Bag Contains: 1 cup (approx. 48 tsp) of loose tea to make 48 cups of tea.
• Directions:

1. Use 1 cup of very hot, but not boiling water to 1 tsp herb.
2. Steep for 5-10 minutes and strain well.
3. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.
4. Drink hot or cold.
5. We recommend low consumption of this tea.
